Meet Our Team
As a co-founder of CRDT, Channy has been a long-serving leader of CRDT. He has inspired CRDT’s goal of sustainable development and environmental preservation. Channy is interested in development approaches that combine the community, business and environment as a sustainable solution to break out the poverty cycle. Climate change is one main area that Channy wants to see amongst the top priorities of CRDT’s intervention going forward, to resolve environmental and social problems. He is committed to promoting carbon trading projects within CRDT as a way for long-term sustainability and resiliency of the organization. Channy has a Master Degree in Environmental Management and Development from the Australian National University (ANU) and Bachelor Degree in Rural Development from Maharishi Vedic University (MVU).

Mr. Bo Ravuth, I have a bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management specialization from CSUK/ MVU University. Has more than 10 years of experience working with CRDT to create livelihoods and social enterprises for the development of family life, community, and degraded environment. During this period, I am supporting and helping the community with nearly 100,000 Household farmers living in rural areas in Cambodia. Currently, I am a Program Coordinator and a management committee member. Totally, I enjoy working with CDRT because it is a place to develop myself, my family, and my community and support the natural environment.
Bo Ravuth

I am Sina, a Finance and Admin Manager based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Accounting from PSE Institute and a Master's Degree in Business Administration Management from Norton University. With more than ten years of experience in finance and administration within the NGO sector, Sina has built a strong track record in financial management, budgeting, grant compliance, internal controls, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has supported a wide range of development projects, ensuring effective resource management and accountability while contributing to positive impacts for communities. Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, Sina is committed to strengthening organizational systems and promoting transparency, efficiency, and good governance. She enjoys working in dynamic environments where teamwork, innovation, and shared goals drive meaningful results.

I am SEK Saravy,I graduated in an Agronomy specialization at CSUK/MVU and graduated my master’s degree in General Management at the University of Management Economics.I have been working with CRDT as a project leader and CRDT is the best place where I can strengthen my knowledge and career. I am a sensitive, energetic, and sociable person and my mission in life is to help my family and vulnerable people improve living in a positive environment with dignity, and good health.

I'm Mich Kimkeomim from Kratie province. I am a boat driver who became CRDT staff in 20215 to the present as Field Officer. Has more than 10 years of experience working with CRDT to create community livelihoods for the development of family life, community, and degraded environment. During this period, I am supporting and helping the community with nearly 500 Household farmers living along the Mekong River. Totally, I enjoy working with CDRT because it is a place to develop myself, my family, and my community and support the natural environment.

I am Doem Chhunleng from Prey Veng province and graduated with a bachelor's degree from NUM University. now I am a Project Officer based in Kratie province and currently, I is implementing project one focused improved rural livelihoods among interethnic in Sambour District. I am happy in working with CRDT and am well keen to explore and contribute to the remote communities in Kratie province and the location of CRDT implement by assisting them to improve their livelihood program with a better income and the standard of living in a rural area without encroachment to natural resources.

I’m Mich Sophearith from Kratie Province, currently a Fourth-year IT student at the University of Management and Economics. I’m passionate about graphic design and love using creativity to share meaningful stories through visuals. At CRDT, I support social media posts and website management, combining my tech skills and creativity to promote community development and environmental protection. I’m proud to grow with CRDT and aim to become a professional graphic designer who makes a positive impact.

KHEM Sok is from Kandal Province, Cambodia, and I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). He has more than three years of experience working with CRDT, supporting livelihood development and social enterprise initiatives that strengthen families, communities, and environmental restoration efforts. Throughout my career with CRDT, I have worked with nearly 1,000 farming households in rural Cambodia, helping communities improve their livelihoods and resilience. Currently, I serve as a Farm Manager. I am passionate about contributing to sustainable community development and environmental conservation while continuing my own personal and professional growth.

I am Sylin from Prey Veng Province, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development at Chea Sim University of Kamchaymea. I have been working with CRDT from April 2020 until the present. Currently, I am working in Kampot Province as a Project Officer. I like to work with CRDT because I want to help people in rural areas to reduce their poverty. And I am very happy to work with the community.

My name is Men Phirun. I graduated in 2022 from the Kampong Cham National Institute of Agriculture, majoring in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. I have been working with CRDT since June 2021, with five years of experience working on livelihood improvement and community development projects. I am very happy and grateful that CRDT has given me the opportunity to continue learning, gain valuable work experience, and apply the knowledge and skills I acquired through my studies to contribute to the development of local communities.
