On the 23rd of September 2011 CRDT was present at the inauguration ceremony following being awarded the CCC GPP stamp of approval earlier in 2011. The NGO GPP (Non Governmental Organization Governance and Professional Practice), as a project within the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), is a collective response by NGOs and working in partnership with the NGO community, donors/funding agencies, and other stakeholders to professionalize and strengthen the NGO sector in Cambodia by encouraging and promoting NGO accountability and good organizational practices.
CRDT was officially registered with the Ministry of the Interior in 2005.
Our constitution and organizational structure is developed to ensure good governance, accountability and transparency. Our Board of Directors work in a non-executive capacity on a voluntary basis. Day-to-day operations are overseen by a management committee, led by an executive director. The rest of the team report to the management committee and hold roles as project staff either in the field offices or at the head office in Kratie Town.
Structure & Management
CRDT consists of three main bodies of a) Board of Directors, b) the Executive Director and c) the Management Committee Office and Field Staff.
The Board of Directors is the governing body consisting of 5 to 7 members and 4 to 6 independent members and acting as a representative of the public to guide the Organization in achieving its vision and mission while meeting all its legal and ethical obligations.
