- Ms. Collett Geneviève Organisation Development Advisor
Born in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Finishing a Masters of Science Administration in International Development with a concentration on Disaster Preparedness focusing on Relief Generated Waste from Andrews University IDP Off-Campus Program. I have experience working with emergency preparedness NGOs, conservation and development both in implementing and supporting offices. I love CRDT because it combines humanitarian initiatives with conservation. CRDT values are based on Cambodia staff that knows what is like to grown in poor rural areas of Cambodia and I think that adds to their understanding of beneficiary needs.
- Miss. Coline GanzFundraising and Communication Coordinator
“I volunteered at CRDT for three years from 2012-2015 and had the most amazing time of my life. Working at CRDT means becoming part of a family dedicated to work at best to support the poorest communities of the North-east of Cambodia. CRDT is a hard working organization, which always puts the interests of beneficiaries and nature first, but also an organization which strongly cares about the well-being of its members and friends. For three years, I got to know Cambodia, its culture and beautiful people and thanks to CRDT I could become a better professional. I was responsible for Fundraising Coordination and was lucky enough to be able to often go to the field and follow-up on CRDT’s projects which in return supported my work in the office. CRDT is all about integration in the field and in Kratie.
I have now move on to other adventures in Cambodia but I will never forget my time at CRDT and the people I have met!!”
- Ms. Marloes DemmendaalBusiness Coordinator for Le Tonlé and CRDTours
I am a volunteer from the Netherlands. I have done research with CRDT in 2008, and was very happy to get the chance to come back and work with the team again. I hold a Master’s degree in Culture, Organization and Management. I love working with CRDT because they do great work with a fantastic team. Not only do they want to help underprivileged people in rural areas, they also understand how to do this. Working for CRDT is one of the most motivating and inspirational experiences I have had.
