We believe in social enter­prise. CWF is an English-language centre, set up to provide sus­tain­able fund­ing for CRDT’s work. Par­ti­cipants get the oppor­tun­ity to exper­i­ence life in Cam­bodia and gain teach­ing exper­i­ence, while volun­teer­ing their time to teach con­ver­sa­tional English.

Teach­ing Eng­lish ful­fils the need for Cam­bod­i­ans to com­mu­nic­ate in the inter­na­tional lan­guage in vari­ous aspects of life, and the income gen­er­ated goes to sup­port the devel­op­ment of rural com­munit­ies through CRDT’s work.

Recently we estab­lished a respons­ible tour­ism oper­ator called CRD­Tours, and in the future we aim to estab­lish other social enter­prises – we hope that next we can fund a self-sustaining eco-farm show­cas­ing our ini­ti­at­ives and much, much more.
